“ The servers at El Fenix are always great. This has turned into one of our go tos! Food is perfect and drinks are great price. Happy hour can't be beat. It's also such a pretty restaurant! The decor is so fun! ”
“ I love, love, love this Dallas El Fenix! They have the best happy hour deals with the best appetizers for just $4 each. I absolutely love the corn tortillas with butter as well as their "served hot & fresh" chips with salsa. The next time you treat yourself to the best in Tex-Mex in Texas, check out this original location on McKinney and ask for Marco. He's the BEST waiter we've ever had, ANYWHERE. He's fast, attentive and very nice. I look forward to dining here in large part due to the happy, musically upbeat and authentic Mexican flair ambiance. ”
“ Ate dinner here, unlimited chips and salsa that was awesome! Food was authentic and large portion. Service was 5 out of 5 stars as well. Parking cost us $10.00 for two hours but was worth it. ”
“ Just had some great dishes from El Fénix. The "El Jefe" plate was great as it allowed me to have 4 enchiladas that were all prepared differently. I ordered the Brisket Burrito which was even better than the enchiladas. Great portions for cheap! I unfortunately did not dine inside and had it delivered so I can only comment on the foods presentation, taste, and value. Food looked exactly like it did in the pictures online and tasted even better. The food arrived quickly and was still hot. I'd definitely order from here again and would like to eat at the establishment to get a feel of the restaurants vibe. ”
“ 3-24-2024 Had dinner here before a Mavericks game. Convenient location It's a short walk from the Dart Victory station, close to AAC and Perot museum. Plan your arrival time accordingly as they can get busy. The dining area is huge, and there is a bar off to the side. Our Server was friendly and attentive. He checked in on us often while we got settled and viewed the menu. The pan seared fish tacos were very good, ordered the sauce on the side with black beans and rice. I would definitely order those again, Three tacos in the order is a good portion size and didn't feel too heavy. The food is served quickly which is a plus when you have tickets for a show or game. ”
